AKASO Brave 4 camera

AKASO Brave 4 cameraThe Dan’s Fish ‘N’ Tales® and Shoot ‘N’ Plink™ video series are going to have something new to play around with – a AKASO Brave 4 camera. AKASO and I were discussing my uses, and decided on the Brave 4 due to the fact that the lens angle can be changed from 70° to 170°, which would eliminate the fisheye, and make it more like the normal Canon that I’ve been using.

I’ve also suggested some additions for future models, including the ability of adding an external microphone and flip out viewing screen so that a person in front of the camera can gage the shot before hitting the button to “roll”.

This unit has a remote control, which is a big plus for me. The kit comes with all of the accessories, including a waterproof case, which I understand will work to 98 feet. That is not something I’m planning on trying.

As we go along I may film a video on telling some about this camera, as well as some more posts. However, to start I have to learn the “ins and outs” myself.

I’ve heard some very good feedback about this camera in video/still quality and operation.

This should be interesting.

Until next time, get out on the water and have a great day of fishing; or shoot safe and have a great day of plinking.
