VMC ANNOUNCED AS OFFICIAL HOOK SPONSOR OF WORLD PREDATOR CLASSIC TOURNAMENT

VMC LogoGlobal fishing hook brand VMC has confirmed its support as the official hook sponsor of Europe’s fastest-growing predator angling tournament, the World Predator Classic (WPC) for 2015. The arrangement will see VMC  support the event alongside its sister company Rapala and supply competing anglers with prizes as well as utilising this global event to strengthen its profile as one of the industry’s premier hook brands.

“As the world’s leading brand in treble hooks we wanted to be involved with the all action cutting edge World Predator Classic,” explained VMC’s sales and marketing director Cyril Alexeline.

“VMC shares the vision of this event and can see that it encompasses all levels of angling ranging from a fishing academy for children that have not fished before to street-fishing, Kayak fishing, and boat fishing.

“The inaugural event last year was a great success and having witnessed this first hand VMC wanted to become the official hook sponsor of the event alongside our sister company Rapala. The growth and expansion plans of the World Predator Classic match perfectly with the areas of the world that VMC have a strong interest in.”

The World Predator Classic takes place on the Haringvilet around Hellevoetsluis in the Netherlands on June 24th to 27th, 2015.
