The Bass UniversityPresented by the Grand River Dam Authority and Tulsa Sports Commission, The Bass University is returning their advanced bass fishing class program to Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 17th and 18th at the Marriott Tulsa- Southern Hills. Come learn new tactics and reinforce tried-and-true techniques directly from the TOP professional anglers in bass fishing such as BassFan.com’s #1 ranked professional angler Jason Christie and 2014 Delaware River Bassmaster Elite Series winner Mike Iaconelli!

The Bass University’s class will be held in a private, classroom-style room for up to 200 registered attendees from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.  Registrations at the door are welcome and begin at 7:00am. Group rates are available for parties of five or more and must register together at the door.  Group rate discount is 25% off for adults and 50% for students/ youths.

January 17th, Fred Roumbanis:

  • Main Presentation Topic 1: Frogs and Toads: Frog fanatic Fred Roumbanis shares insight on how to master the art of frog fishing.

  • Main Presentation Topic 2: Boat Rigging and Operation: Pete describes the benefits of important bass boat accessories, how to rig them, and more about how you can operate your boat and fish more effectively on the water.

January 17th, Mike McClelland:

  • Main Presentation Topic 1: Hardbaits For Spring : An advanced look from Mike McClelland at the most cutting-edge tactics and techniques for hardbait fishing from the pre-spawn up to the spawning phase.
  • Main Presentation Topic 2: Jigs and Soft Plastics: Mike explains how to select the right jig or soft plastic bait by letting the present conditions dictate bait your selection and technique.

January 18th, Mike Iaconelli:
