Trappers sometimes get a bad rap, and personally I don’t know why. Trappers were some of the first settlers in the Americas. John Oens caught a timber wolf in a coyote set and was prepared. The best part is they did fast and without long term harm. I am sure the wolf will be a bit more brighter around these sets going forward. Great job to the trapper for sharing the process he used to let the wolf run again.
