TOP OF THE RANGE TRACKER BOAT ON OFFER FOR WINNERS OF 2016 WORLD PREDATOR CLASSIC

WPC LogoTracker Pro Guide V-175 SC. This boat is perfectly suited to big, European waters, and it provides a phenomenally stable platform to fish from. Combine this with the power of the Mercury 115 EXLPT Pro XS and the very latest fish finding technology from Lowrance and it is an absolutely amazing prize – but it does not finish there – that is just the start!

The boat has had a custom built trailer from the Dutch trailer specialists PEGA made specifically for it, which means that it can be easily transported, and the overall winners will also receive Shimano, Rapala, Plano and VMC prizes along with a sponsorship agreement with Wiley X.

The massive, top quality prize table consists of prizes to be awarded from 1- 10 in the boat event, the kayak and the street fishing event, with prizes in each category for the biggest overall AND team competition prizes.

On the 29th June – 2nd July 2016, 340 anglers from 22 countries will be descending on Hellevoetsluis in the Netherlands for this year’s event which has become recognised as the Mecca of predator fishing. The giant Pike, Zander and Perch will be the target species.

Competitors in the boat and Kayak categories need to catch 3 Zander, 3 Perch and 1 Pike each day of the 3-day event. Should they catch more than the maximum numbers of each species, only the longest one will count. There are different zones to be fished on the giant expanse of water that is the event arena, extending to an incredible 1/3 of the width of the Netherlands. There will be a cumulative points system in operation that is based on where anglers finish each day.  Rapala has made a limited number of custom-made measuring boards exclusively for the World Predator Classic – a version of which will be on sale later on in the year.

The entry for the Street fishing event category has exploded this year with the number of available places increased to an incredible 200 following the massive demand for places. There will be day and night sessions, which is a first, and the event will be centred right in the heart of the historic Hellevoetsluis itself.

All categories in the event will be strictly catch and release and where best practice angling and fish welfare is fully respected.

It’s going to be an amazing occasion, so hang on to your hats! There are many international TV companies and media crews that will be reporting directly from the event and these will attempt to cover the entire few days.

The World Predator Classic takes place in Haringvilet, the Netherlands on June 28th to 2nd July 2016.
