The Browning Arms Company 1911-22 Grey today with the NcSTAR green laser sight

The Browning Arms Company 1911-22 Grey today with the NcSTAR green laser sightI decided to shoot the Browning Arms Company 1911-22 Grey today with the NcSTAR green laser sight, but still have to do some more work. The pistol was shooting high with and without the laser sight.

So, I had brought along my Henry Repeating Arms Frontier Long Barrel and decided to take some shots at the 25 and 50 yard lines. All the shooting was done free standing without any sort of rest. So, I feel that hitting most of my shoots within the middle 3 inch area wasn’t too bad. If I had been plinking I would have hit everything, and if it had been one of Twisted River Targets and Armor‘s metal targets there would have been a lot of “clinking”.

All of the shots that are way high and low came from the pistol.

One problem that seems to have already cropped up with the NcStar laser sight is that quick disconnect throws off the adjustment. I’m sure it was adjusted to hit dead center until I removed and reattached the sight. As I said, I’ll do some more research and see what happens. I’m even going to try it on some of my Umarex USA, Inc. BB pistols, which all have rails, and see what happens.

Until next time, shoot safe and have a great day of plinking.
