Inspired by nature, Promatic has developed a running boar system like no other that fully complies with ISSF specifications. It meets the standards set for the obligatory hunting test in France and Germany yet is also a training system for the keen boar hunter or rifle shooter to practice on before shooting the live quarry.
For use with a range of large calibre ammunition the Promatic running boar offers you 22m of track which comprises 2 x 6m acceleration/deceleration zones around a 10m window. The carriage is fitted with two panels each carrying a boar target that automatically turn at the end of each run so that the boar is always running in the right direction. The target can be set for both ISSF speeds and variable speeds of up to 5m per second.
Each installation is fitted with a cable operated safety switch that provides a protective enclosure around the full installation and offers an emergency stop from all directions making it a self–protecting system. http://www.promatic.co.uk/Running_Boar.htm
