INTERIOR SECRETARY VOTE THIS WEEK  … The nomination of U.S. Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-Mont.) to become Secretary of the Interior is expected to receive a full Senate vote this week. An avid sportsman and former Navy SEAL, Zinke is uniquely qualified to fill the post that oversees access to federal lands. Contact your senators to confirm Ryan Zinke as Secretary of the Interior by email or phone through the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121.

NSSF strongly disagrees with the court’s mischaracterization of MSRs and is evaluating legal options.

  • ATF Q&A: More great questions came in on our 24/7 NSSF member compliance hotline last week. One question asks what an FFL should do when any of the firearms nomenclature on a Form 3 for an incoming NFA firearm does not agree with what is on the firearm.
