I never quit

I never quitYesterday it was very cold and clear at Dewy W. Wills WMA, Alaska taught me how to deal with the cold, so I was ready. There were about 500 hunters that checked in; I figured they would run something to me. But they all went in climbed up in a tree and I heard an occasional shot. Must be poor marksmanship; only 7 deer were checked in. However, one hunter scored on a massive 300 pound Wild Boar he didn’t want his picture taken. That big tusker could put the hurt on someone, that’s why I carry at least a 308 and love my 45-70.

This has got to be the best squirrel hunting in the state, big red Fox Squirrel hung from the trees eating the heavy mast crop, one was so fat he fell 15 feet but managed to catch himself just before crashing to the ground. Light geese were constantly over head, but no deer or hogs for me.

There is still plenty of deer season left. Maybe I will get lucky but I never quit, Primitive Weapon hunt is next….Pass it on

Oh the Pink Tiger design a proto type I invented, we are working on a dip. It is a 44 Magnum for the Ladies Primitive Gun.
