Industry leader Xpress Boats of Hot Springs, Arkansas has announced BASS Elite Angler and host of Louisiana Sportsman TV “Sportsman TV” Show Greg Hackney will run a new Xpress Boats Shallow Water Bay series for his inshore salt and brackish water adventures.
