Today I decided to give the Aguila Ammunition “quiet” ammo, that has a FPS of 500, a try in my Henry Frontier and Evil Roy, as well as trying the Mare’s Leg again. Yep, I was correct. It is much quieter in the longer barrel rifles.
The first photo (left) is the target shot with the Aguila, while the second (right) is where I finished up with my Crosman 1077 Repeating pellet rifle with a Tasco scope.
All of the shots were fired “free standing”, without any sort of rest.
