A Little Gun Rap From Dan – Part 29

I partially pre-assembled the new Shoot ‘N’ Plink™ sign that will be put in place at the shooting range property.

The decals are not in place, as you can see, and I know the Henry Repeating Arms decal will have to be changed frequently since they are not of the best quality for holding up to weather of any sort. I have the Ruger, American Tactical, Plano, and Browning, but need them to be a little larger. I certainly have the room. Same with the small NRA – National Rifle Association of America decal that is next to the Shoot ‘N’ Plink decal. Hopefully I’ll be getting some Gun Protect by Red Eagle Technologies, Umarex USA, Inc., Gamo Outdoor USA, Federal Premium, Twisted River Armor and Targets, and Heritage Firearms, if I could use Heritage in Illinois. Unfortunately with the new laws I can only use the Heritage Rough Rider in the higher caliber of 357 and 45, which is not the format of Shoot ‘N’ Plink.

I’ll post another photo once the sign is in place.

I did some quick plinking with my Umarex USA, Inc. Trevox and OTW Red Dot sight. However, had something strange.

I turned the sight to the first intensity on the red, and was way off the mark. So, just for the heck of it, I turned it to the same intensity on the green. Bingo! I hit every target. This is the first time I’ve ever had this, but perhaps it is just this certain OTW sight, as all of my others have been working great on either color.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?
