The new motor-specific locks include the Trolling Motor Lock for Minn Kota® Edge and the Trolling Motor Lock for Minn Kota Fortrex. Both locks secure the motor to the mount giving users peace of mind when they need to leave it unattended. DuraSafe bow mount trolling motor locks are easy to install and feature a unique locking knob that allows users to make height adjustments as needed with the turn of a key. They eliminate the hassle of installing and reinstalling equipment and are constructed with a stainless steel shutter to seal out moisture and dirt.

The Bow Mount Trolling Motor Lock for Minn Kota Edge fits not only the Minn Kota Edge but also other Minn Kota motors including the Riptide SE, Riptide SM and Pontoon Hand Control. The Bow Mount Trolling Motor Lock for Minn Kota Fortrex also works with the Minn Kota Riptide SF model.
Other DuraSafe Trolling Motor Locks include a Bow Mount Lock that fits most MotorGuide® bow-mounted models and the Transom Mount Trolling Motor Lock, which is the only lock that fits most current models of Minn Kota and Water Snake® transom mount trolling motors. This fail-safe locking system has a one-piece jaw-like design that encloses the clamp screws of the motor to make them inaccessible.
