Hunting With Suppressors Decision To Be Made in March


Every year the Texas Park and Wildlife Commission has public hearings across the state, and based on how hunters react to using suppressors, will determine if they will be available this upcoming season.

Hunting experts tell KETK that suppressors are not as effective has you may have seen in the movies.  They help to buffer the sound so that is protects the user’s hearing, and not to give them more of an advantage of their prey.

But they are classified amongst higher powered, military grade firearms, so buyers will only be able to purchase them from dealers with a class three license.  More Here…
